I was referred to Dr. Watts for an emergency root canal. I was evaluated and received treatment the same day. Dr. Watts and his staff are wonderful. I was so relaxed and very satisfied with how the procedure went. It was painless because Dr. Watts has a smooth technique with needles. I was so relaxed that I took a nap. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service.

I got molar root canals here in 2024, I got a really bad infection the day after, they didn’t prescribe any antibiotics. I actually had to call my dentist to get prescribed antibiotics. Once the infection went away everything was fine or so I thought. Fast-forward to the end of 2025. My dentist said that I need a root canal done on a tooth that pla and watts office had “ fixed “ before. Because it hadn’t healed properly. Today, July 23 I went to their office to get said root canals done, but when I sat down in the chair, they informed me that they do not have nitrous oxide, me having severe dental anxiety. I cannot get any dental work done without nitrous oxide. Dentist are one of the most feared medical workers and lots of people have dental anxiety. I wish I would have been met with compassion instead of hostility by Dr. Pla. She actually met me with the words “ why are you here then? “ , how could I have known they didn’t have nitrous oxide my dentist sent the referral. Anyways, I just wouldn’t recommend this office just because of how not kind the doctor was to me about my severe dental anxiety. They did offer me oral sedation, but since I’m breast-feeding ( not that she asked

My dad just had a root canal here, post stroke. I was so happy and impressed with their level of care. DR. Pla even called hours later to check on my dad and see if we had any questions! My dad was smiling after his root canal and experienced no pain! Side notes: The facility doesnt have a walker or wheelchair friendly entrance but an awkward space in the back with a ramp. Im happy they escorted us out the back so my dad didnt have to go down the front steps in his walker.

AMAZINGGG EXPERIENCE!!! Backstory, previously had not been to the dentist is almost ten years. Finally muscled up the courage and was told I need a root canal, crown, and an extraction. They sent me to Dr.Pla!! Amazing lady, very smart very efficient. Now I have dental anxiety bad and Dr.Pla was so accommodating and patient. Root canal was painless and I mean that heavily, coming from a super sensitive girly. So grateful for the office and their team!!!

I have seen Doctor Pla for 3 root canals, my Wife for 1 root canal. First visit over 10 years ago, last visit was today. Each procedure was quick, efficient and professional. Its clear that Doctor Pla takes great pride in her work and I can definitely recommend her based on my repeat experiences over the past decade. I would also add that everyone working in the office was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
